Projects
ACTe has carried out important policy research and action planning for regional BME and SME business development and other projects including:
- "BME Cultural Leadership" - discussion paper on Black and Minority Ethnic Experience of, and engagement In, major organisations and capital projects within the cultural sector In London for Creative London, GLA and the Clore Duffield Foundation.
- Victoria & Albert Museum "Cultural Capacity Building Evaluation" a major three year Project ranging across all three of the V&A’s sites to measure the success in embedding diversity and inclusion as part of the Museum’s core business.
- "Redefining London's BME Owned Businesses"
- Seminal research project carried out for the London Development Agency (LDA) into the dynamics of BME-owned businesses in the London Region.

- "London BME Action Plan"
- design and facilitation of the process for the implementation of the recommendations from the Redefining London’s BME-owned Businesses report.

- "Minority Entrepreneurship: Challenges and Opportunities" - a research paper commissioned by the Institute of Public Policy Research (ippr) Race Equality and Diversity Task Force building on the work of the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit.
- "London Notting Hill Carnival Business support Consultancy" - independent business support consultancy to the partners of the Notting Hill 'Carnival Village' project followed by piloting of the Carnival Business Development Support programme for Creative London.
- "City Fringe Partnership" - development and delivery of the Cluster Action Groups (CAG) s and the establishment of a Sector Investment Plan (SIP) for the City Fringe area.
- "London Borough of Greenwich" - carried out the evaluation and review of Business Works Greenwich’s BME focused business support agency, followed by a commission to undertake business planning and organisational development.
- "BEMA Arts Network"
- carried a premises audit of 57 BEMA member organisations in the London Borough of Hackney, and the preparation of a 5-year business plan for the BEMA arts network.

- Strategic and business planning, board and management facilitation for two Housing Associations
- Business, Strategic, and project planning for the Children and Youth Partnership Foundation the former UK country partner of the International Youth Foundation
- The co-development and delivery of the consultation process for the establishment of a creative hub for the City Fringe area.
